Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to the size measurements for that particular item. We carry multiple brands so not are sizes are alike. When in doubt, please reach out. Use our chat button located at the bottom right of our website and we will assist you with ordering the correct size.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Please contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to halt fulfillment. If we are unable to stop your shipment, simply wait for it to arrive and return it for a full refund.

How soon could I get this?

We have warehouses in the U.S. and China. It can take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days for your order to arrive. Please use the chat button on the right to ask us about the delivery timeframe for a specific item.

What’s your return policy if I end up getting the wrong size?

We have a 30-day return or exchange policy. The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the delivered date and in the same new and unused condition as received, with any tags still attached. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless you are asking for an exchange in which we will issue you a prepaid label and once the return is received we will mail you the replacement. Is VacationGrabs located in the U.S.?

Yes. We are an online only store, but our physical location is in Georgia and we partner with Brands from various locations. Please ask if you have any questions about a brand's size or delivery timeframe and we will respond quickly.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. However, if it is our mistake we will cover all return costs.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
