Thank you for visiting and shopping at VacationGrabs. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time

All non-customized orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. All of our items ship from the United States. However, some ship directly from a fulfillment center which may require additional days for processing. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

VacationGrabs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

VacationGrabs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, If you receive your order damaged or it never arrived, please contact us, re: Shipping Manager at info@vacationgrabs.com and I will contact the shipment carrier and investigate what happened and how to file a claim on your behalf. VacationGrabs will never put the burden on you for something that was out of your control. If the item was received damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for proof when filing a claim. 

International Shipping Policy

We are currently testing the process and costs of shipping outside the U.S. All International purchases are non-refundable and require additional transit time. Contact us through chat or info@vacationgrabs if you would like to receive a custom shipping quote prior to purchase. Flat rate boxes are amazing and will allow you to fit a certain number of items inside for one flat cost. At VacationGrabs we will always do our best to provide the best rates and volume discounts available to us.
