To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and returned in the same condition that you received it. It must also be within the 30-day return window stated above.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your item was successfully delivered and we haven't received a return notification from you, we will assume you are overjoyed with your purchase and close out the order as a successful transaction. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after the 30 days expire. Our accounting department file taxes quarterly.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items for sanitary reasons
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
To complete your return, we require the order number or name and address it was purchased under included in the return shipment. Your refund will be applied back to the same method of payment if the item meets our return criteria as stated above. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Exchanges (if applicable)
If you receive a defective or damaged item and would like to return or exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we'll issue you a prepaid return label. Defective items are not your fault, it's ours and we'll make it right with a refund or speedy replacement.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless it is defective or the incorrect item/ and or size. Shipping costs are non-refundable from all shipping carriers.
When returning an item, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
