An excellent backpack. I've had it for over a month, and the excitement hasn't worn off. It's lightweight, compact, yet spacious. It has many pockets. The hardware is high-quality and matched in color. One downside is that it's difficult to photograph.

Received in 12 days (ordered on 11.11 and received on 23.11 via express delivery). Packed nicely, there is a storage bag. Smells like leather, there is a special tag with a piece of leather, looks good, everything is stitched well, everything is even, zippers work, but it's very light for me. My leather backpacks look heavier, here it feels like the leather is not the same. There is feedback from another buyer that the leather peels off after a month, I think the quality is still mediocre. But I can definitely tell after using it.

The leather is firm and well-crafted. The backpack is slightly larger, but that doesn't bother me because I often carry more items. Definitely elegant and looks luxurious. If it had a famous brand attached, it would have cost much more.

ORDER SHIPMENT

The delivery time frame is between 5 to 12 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier depending on your location. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Damages

VacationGrabs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, If you receive your order damaged or it never arrived, please contact us, re: Shipping Manager at info@vacationgrabs.com and I will contact the shipment carrier and investigate what happened and how to file a claim on your behalf. VacationGrabs will never put the burden on you for something that was out of your control. If the item was received damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for proof when filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We are currently testing the process and costs of accepting returns outside the U.S. All International purchases are non-refundable and require additional transit time. Contact us through chat or info@vacationgrabs if you would like to receive a custom shipping quote prior to purchase. Flat rate boxes are amazing and will allow you to fit a certain number of items inside for one flat cost. Return Policy

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and returned in the same condition that you received it. It must also be within the 30-day return window stated above.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your item was successfully delivered and we haven't received a return notification from you, we will assume you are overjoyed with your purchase and close out the order as a successful transaction. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after the 30 days expire. Our accounting department file taxes quarterly.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items for sanitary reasons
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

To complete your return, we require the order number or name and address it was purchased under included in the return shipment. Your refund (minus shipping costs) will be applied back to the same method of payment if the item meets our return criteria as stated above. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Our returns shipping address is below, in several places. If you refuse the package or return it back to the manufacturer we will not receive it and cannot refund it..

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you receive a defective or damaged item and would like to return or exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@vacationgrabs.com and we'll issue you a prepaid return label. Defective items are not your fault, it's ours and we'll make it right with a refund or speedy replacement.
