Excellent backpack, I always buy this same one because of its good quality and good design. On the previous occasion, I bought the gray one and now I chose the uniform black one. I will surely get some other ones with new shades. The only detail I don't remember attributable to the seller was the delay in shipping, the truth is that it has taken a long time, I hope you can expedite it in future purchases.

It's very pretty, very wide, and its material looks very resistant and of very good quality. The closures are resistant and come with water and charging cable.

Very satisfied with this backpack. The product is very good quality and very convenient. Many storage compartments large enough without being disproportionate. You can store all your things, including a tablet in particular and many other things. In terms of accessories, there is a scope door on the undershirt as well as a USB socket. Really top! I recommend!

Only advise you to be careful with the size, I took the larger size for fear of not fit a full biker cover, coffee bottle, wallet and mobile phone, and fit perfectly, with only a small space left on the top end of the backpack.
A negative point are the plastic parts on the handle of the backpack.

I've been using this one, 19, for a couple of years already. Perfect for every day around town, fits like a charm. If there were more pockets, it would be perfect.

I LOVED THE BACKPACK, it came well wrapped, there are no sewing defects, what they could add for a future product is that the strap can be rotated since the pocket that remains when changing the strap from left to right, this pocket faces downwards, it loses its function. But what I liked the most is that it is super comfortable for my daily use, since it fits everything for going to the gym, and fits everything necessary for skating (obviously my skates don't fit in line), and when skating, it doesn't interfere with mobility.

Arrived safe and sound, sorry it's terrible. Let's go point by point:.
1) the position of the locks does not allow you to put it over your head with one right hand - only with the left, congratulations to left-handed people.
2) The 14-inch laptop fits snugly, but there are no pads in the backpack: if you put it on the floor, you hit the floor with the laptop wrapped in a thin cloth, there are no compensating measures here.
3) quick access by dragging the backpack forward by the handle is not very fast, because the texture of the backpack and the locks do not allow it to be quickly opened and something to be taken out, it is simply inconvenient to do and becomes easier to remove.

Return Policy

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and returned in the same condition that you received it. It must also be within the 30-day return window stated above.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your item was successfully delivered and we haven't received a return notification from you, we will assume you are overjoyed with your purchase and close out the order as a successful transaction. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after the 30 days expire. Our accounting department file taxes quarterly.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
