SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER CONFIRMATION
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 1-2 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
ORDER SHIPMENT
The delivery time frame is between 5 to 12 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier depending on your location. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 3 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@vacationgrabs.com.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty. Cancel your order before your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
VacationGrabs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
VacationGrabs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, If you receive your order damaged or it never arrived, please contact us, re: Shipping Manager at info@vacationgrabs.com and I will contact the shipment carrier and investigate what happened and how to file a claim on your behalf. VacationGrabs will never put the burden on you for something that was out of your control. If the item was received damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for proof when filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We are currently testing the process and costs of accepting returns outside the U.S. All International purchases are non-refundable and require additional transit time. Contact us through chat or info@vacationgrabs if you would like to receive a custom shipping quote prior to purchase. Flat rate boxes are amazing and will allow you to fit a certain number of items inside for one flat cost. At VacationGrabs we will always do our best to provide the best rates and volume discounts available to us.
Return Policy
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and returned in the same condition that you received it. It must also be within the 30-day return window stated above.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your item was successfully delivered and we haven't received a return notification from you, we will assume you are overjoyed with your purchase and close out the order as a successful transaction. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after the 30 days expire. Our accounting department file taxes quarterly.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:

- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items for sanitary reasons
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
To complete your return, we require the order number or name and address it was purchased under included in the return shipment. Your refund (minus shipping costs) will be applied back to the same method of payment if the item meets our return criteria as stated above. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Our returns shipping address is below, in several places. If you refuse the package or return it back to the manufacturer we will not receive it and cannot refund it..
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you receive a defective or damaged item and would like to return or exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@vacationgrabs.com and we'll issue you a prepaid return label. Defective items are not your fault, it's ours and we'll make it right with a refund or speedy replacement.
